Vacation to Florida’s projects are spread across Florida. As a vacation rental brand in a competitive market, they always needed bucketful of leads. Marketing brief was to get leads for their newly launched Vacation project by targeting audiences interested in Florida, vacationing. Facebook and Instagram were chosen as primary campaign delivery channels. Smart marketing coupled with innovative targeting by professionals at Idea Extent generated a steady stream of leads. On research it was found that Florida is a highly chosen holiday destination for a large section of the vacationing crowd in the US. A good number of the interested crowd was found to have higher income and can easily afford the longish stay at a vacation home in Florida. Targeting the crowd highlighting advantages and vacation offers in Florida vacation home the interest was created.
Audience outreach size was 1000k+ through the lead generation campaign. We reduced CPL by 135% in approximately 6 months. Using local lingo in ad campaigns led to a further reduction in CPLs by 20%. Subsequently 15% Lead to Site Visit ratio was achieved.
